All merchandise are FINAL SALES. Pre-Order items are FINAL SALES. 

*Customer whom mails back merchandise, will either be sent back to the sender (pending customer pays shipping to ship back) or kept by Clarita's Fashion Boutique.  

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise  at claritasboutiqueshop@gmail.com

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or address changes made after item has shipped. We are not responsible for stolen merchandise once package shows "delivered" on USPS tracking service.

Clarita's Fashion Boutique shall not be held liable for lost packages once shipped. Tracking is provided to customer and Clarita's Fashion Boutique will not be responsible for customer error. Please ensure the mailing address is correct when ordering. Clarita's Fashion Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit or items lost after tracking shows item(s) delivered.
